On the occasion of the Gurpub of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, a yatra is being organised to Gurdwara Nanakshahi, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Gurdwara Nanakshahi is the principal Sikh Gurdwara in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It is located at the campus of the University of Dhaka and considered to be the biggest of the Gurdwaras in the country.

United Sikhs and Sampardai Kar Seva Sarhali have been assisting more than 600 families in Teknaf (Cox Bazar District, Chittagong, Bangladesh), in the aftermath of Cyclone Mora. The severe tropical storm hit several South Asian countries in May 2017.
Representatives and volunteers from both organisations, including Gurdwara Nanak Shahi Gurdwara Management Committee, distributed relief/dry food among the victims.
